Project Overview

This group of programmes comprises large-scale urban residential developments, temporary and
permanent accommodation villages, and supporting community infrastructure. Deliverables
included apartment and townhouse construction, utility networks, roadworks and community
facilities with a focus on sustainable outcomes and efficient delivery.

Works often required significant logistics and interface management to coordinate multiple
trade packages, services connections and staged community handovers. The projects
delivered both residential outcomes and integrated support facilities for nearby industrial or
resource operations.
