Project Overview

This portfolio covers delivery of specialist healthcare and research facilities including
clinical hospitals, oncology centres and laboratory buildings. Works required strict adherence to
healthcare construction standards, including ISO-class clean environments, specialist MEP and
medical gas systems, and integrated clinical fit-outs.

Projects demanded close collaboration with clinical stakeholders, infection control experts and
equipment suppliers to ensure functional outcomes met clinical needs. Construction teams
delivered high-precision mechanical, electrical and medical systems integration alongside
complex architectural and structural works.

These facilities improve clinical capability and patient outcomes by enabling advanced care and
research environments that meet stringent regulatory and safety requirements.
