Role Description

High Voltage Electrician based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia will be responsible for detailed planning, coordination and delivery of assigned works within a multi-disciplinary project environment. This includes preparing and reviewing technical documentation, leading coordination meetings, supervising on-site activities and ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations. The role requires proactive identification and management of risks, driving continuous improvements in productivity, and promoting a safety-first culture across the workforce. The successful applicant will manage stakeholder expectations, deliver against programme milestones and work closely with procurement, design and construction teams to resolve complex interface issues. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior staff, contributing to project controls and reporting, and participating in design for constructability reviews to ensure practical, cost-effective solutions are implemented on site.

Requirements & Skills

• Trade Certificate and current electrical licence/certification as required for the state.
• Experience in commercial/industrial installations, testing and commissioning.
• Familiarity with electrical standards and testing procedures; high-voltage tickets if required.
• Experience using electrical testing tools and producing commissioning documentation.
• Australian work rights or appropriate visa required.

Education & Qualifications

Trade Certificate in Electrical/Electrotechnology and current state electrical licence; high-voltage tickets where applicable.
